For today’s breakfast, I had the EATS ON Brown Potato Sandwich, a simple yet filling option that arrived right at my doorstep. EATS ON doesn’t have physical stores—you place an order online, and a Yakult manager delivers it in the morning, hanging it on your door. Super convenient!

The price was around ₩4,000, which felt reasonable for a ready-to-eat sandwich delivered fresh.

EATS ON Brown Potato Sandwich

First Impressions

The sandwich is made with soft brown bread and filled generously with creamy potato salad. Surprisingly, it also comes with a small packet of strawberry jam on the side.

At first, I wasn’t sure if potato salad and strawberry jam would go well together, but curiosity got the better of me—and I gave it a try.

To my surprise, the combination actually worked! The savory, nutty potato salad paired unexpectedly well with the sweet jam. That said, the jam was a little too sweet for my taste, so if you're not a fan of sugary flavors, I’d recommend using less or skipping it altogether.

Soft Bread, Fresh Crunch

Although the brown bread looked a bit rough at first glance, it was incredibly soft when I bit into it. The sandwich also included fresh, crisp lettuce, which added a nice crunch and kept it from feeling too heavy.

If you're open to trying an unexpected yet balanced combo of creamy, savory, and sweet, this sandwich might pleasantly surprise you. I’d gladly order it again for a quick and easy morning meal.
