Ingredients

  • 1 pack of jjajang ramen (black bean instant noodles)
  • 3 eggs
  • 50g (about 1/2 cup) mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp mirin (or cooking wine) 
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cooking oil
  • Ketchup, mayonnaise, dried parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Cook the Jjajang Ramen

Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions.

2. Make the Egg

Mixture Beat 3 eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of mirin. Mix well.

Lightly grease a nonstick pan with oil and pour in the egg mixture over low heat. Let it cook slowly without stirring.
