Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 egg
- Some mayonnaise
- Parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Pipe mayonnaise around the edge of the bread to create a border. This helps keep the egg from running off.
2. Gently crack an egg into the center of the bread. Be careful not to break the yolk.
3. Place the toast in an air fryer and cook at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes. The egg should be softly cooked, with a runny or just-set yolk depending on your preference.
