Sometimes, you just want to enjoy jjajang ramen a little differently. When that mood strikes, try topping it with a generous amount of crispy fried garlic. It brings out a deeper, richer flavor that feels anything but ordinary.

Garlic-Fried Jjajang Ramen

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 pack of jjajang ramen
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • Water (as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • Parsley flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Garlic

Finely chop 10 cloves of garlic. Keep the pieces slightly coarse to retain the texture and aroma. Soak the chopped garlic in cold water for 10 minutes to mellow out the pungency.
