  • 15 mini dumplings 
  • 3 cabbage leaves (about 70g)
  • 7 perilla leaves (about 10g)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Thinly slice the cabbage and perilla leaves into fine shreds.

In a small bowl, mix together sugar, vinegar, gochujang, and sesame oil until well combined.

Toss the shredded cabbage and perilla leaves with the dressing until evenly coated.

4. Coat the dumplings

Place the dumplings in a plastic bag or bowl, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, and shake or mix to coat them lightly in oil.

5. Air-fry the dumplings

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (355°F). Cook the dumplings at 200°C (390°F) for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes until golden and crispy.
