- 15 mini dumplings
- 3 cabbage leaves (about 70g)
- 7 perilla leaves (about 10g)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Dressing
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 4 tsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- ½ tsp sesame oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the vegetables
Thinly slice the cabbage and perilla leaves into fine shreds.
2. Make the dressing
In a small bowl, mix together sugar, vinegar, gochujang, and sesame oil until well combined.
3. Season the vegetables
Toss the shredded cabbage and perilla leaves with the dressing until evenly coated.
4. Coat the dumplings
Place the dumplings in a plastic bag or bowl, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, and shake or mix to coat them lightly in oil.
