Ingredients (Makes 5 rolls)

1. Prepare the seaweed 

Cut seaweed into 6 equal pieces.

Follow the package instructions to heat and prepare the glass noodles.

3. Roll it up

Soak a sheet of rice paper in water. Place a piece of seaweed and some japchae on top. Roll it tightly like a spring roll.

4. Pan-fry 

Heat a bit of oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Cook the rolls until golden and crispy on all sides.

Enjoy while warm! They go especially well with spicy tteokbokki.
