Main Ingredients
- 1 ramen noodle
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 100g Vienna sausages (or any small sausages)
- 1 green chili pepper (or substitute with jalapeño)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 100ml water
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp ramen seasoning powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the ingredients
Slice the onion, bell pepper, and chili pepper into thin strips.
Make shallow cuts in the sausages.
2. Make the sauce
Mix water, ketchup, and ramen seasoning powder in a small bowl.
3. Cook the noodles
In boiling water, cook the ramen noodles for about 2 minutes so they’re only half-cooked. Drain and set aside.
4. Stir-fry
Heat a pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp oil. Add the sausages and vegetables, stir-frying for about 2 minutes.
Then add the noodles and sauce, cooking for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce coats everything well.
5. Serve
