Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 pack black bean instant ramen
- 1 pack Yeol Ramen (spicy instant ramen)
- 2 eggs
- 600ml water
- A pinch of parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Start the base.
In a pot, bring 600ml of water to a boil. Add the vegetable flakes (dehydrated toppings) from both ramen packets.
2. Cook the noodles.
Once boiling, add the noodles from black bean ramen first and cook for 1 minute. Then, add the Yeol Ramen noodles and cook for another 4 minutes.
3. Add the seasoning.
Turn off the heat. Add the black bean powder and oil sachet from black bean ramen. Then add about 2/3 of the Yeol Ramen seasoning powder. Mix well. (Use the full Yeol Ramen seasoning if you want it extra spicy!)
4. Top and serve.
Plate the ramen into bowls. Finish with a fried or scrambled egg on top. Garnish with parsley for a touch of color.
The creamy black bean sauce blends surprisingly well with the spicy broth, making this an exciting twist on your usual ramen fix. If you’ve got these two ramen varieties sitting in your pantry, now’s the time to try this delicious combination.
Enjoy your spicy noodle adventure!
