Whenever I stop by a convenience store, I find myself instinctively glancing at the ice cream freezer. With so many new releases these days, there’s always a chance of a fun surprise. This time, what caught my eye was Seolleim Vanilla Choux Cream—a familiar yet intriguing combination I couldn’t resist trying.

Convenience stores often offer discounts when you buy five or more, so I was able to pick this one up at a pretty low price.
How It Tastes
If the original Seolleim has the taste of a light and creamy milkshake, the Vanilla Choux Cream version is noticeably sweeter, thanks to the added choux cream syrup. My mom prefers the original—she finds this version a bit too sweet after a few bites.
But I have to agree with my mom—the original version is easier to enjoy without getting tired of it. Still, I had fun trying a new flavor and discovering something different.
