Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 8-inch tortilla
- 1 can of tuna (100g)
- 50g onion
- 5 tbsp tomato sauce
- 50g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
How to Make
1. Drain the Tuna
2. Prepare the Onion
Thinly slice the onion into strips.
3. Sauté the Onion and Garlic
Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and slightly softened.
4. Cook the Topping
Add tomato sauce, tuna, and a pinch of black pepper to the pan. Stir everything together and cook for another minute.
5. Assemble the Pizza
Lay the tortilla flat and spread the cooked topping evenly over it.
6. Add Cheese and Air Fry
