Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 20g crushed walnuts 
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp honey


Instructions

1. Mash the bananas

Peel 3 ripe bananas and mash them well in a bowl using a fork or potato masher.

2. Mix all ingredients

Add 3 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and 20g of crushed walnuts to the mashed banana. Mix thoroughly with a spatula until smooth and evenly combined.

3. Freeze the mixture

Spread the mixture evenly into a square container or silicone mold. Freeze for at least 12 hours until firm.

4. Slice and serve

Once frozen solid, remove from the freezer and slice into bite-sized pieces. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before eating for a softer texture.
