Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 pack jjajang ramen (black bean instant noodles)
- 1/4 stalk green onion
- 100g mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- Dried parsley (optional)
- Cooking oil
Instructions
1. Prep the Ingredients
Slice the green onion thinly on a diagonal.
2. Boil the Noodles
Cook the noodles until halfway done. Drain most of the water, leaving just a bit behind. Turn off the heat.
3. Season the Noodles
Add the black bean seasoning powder, oil packet, and sliced green onion. Mix thoroughly.
4. Pan-Fry
Like a Pancake Heat a nonstick pan with a bit of oil. Spread the seasoned noodles flat into a round pancake shape.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top. Cover and cook over low heat until the cheese melts and the bottom is crispy.
5. Top with a Fried Egg
Place the ramen pancake on a plate, top with a fried egg, and garnish with dried parsley.
