Ingredients (Serves 1)
Main Ingredients
- 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 5 stems of water dropwort (minari)
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
- A little cooking oil
For the Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A dash of black pepper
Instructions
1. Rinse the minari thoroughly and chop it into small pieces.
2. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients to create the marinade.
4. Toss the pork slices in the sauce and marinate for 10 minutes.
5. Add the chopped minari to the warm rice and mix evenly.
6. In a preheated pan, add a small amount of oil and stir-fry the marinated pork over medium heat.
7. Serve the pork over the minari rice—done!
