- 1 cup canned corn (140g), drained
- 5 chicken nuggets
- 50g shredded mozzarella cheese

- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the ingredients
Finely chop the onion and drain the canned corn well.
2. Make the corn cheese base
In a mixing bowl, combine the onion, corn, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Mix well and spread evenly on the bottom of a heat-resistant bowl or baking dish.
3. Cook the chicken nuggets
Pan-fry the nuggets with a little oil over medium heat until golden brown, or air-fry them at 180°C (355°F) for 7 minutes.
4. Combine everything
Place the cooked nuggets on top of the corn mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
5. Microwave and finish
Microwave for about 3 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted. Sprinkle a bit of parsley for garnish.
